USA?s Ryan Lochte Wins Olympic Gold Medal in Men?s 400m IM Swimming; Michael Phelps Finishes Fourth ? Video 7/28/12
U.S. Olympic Swimmer Ryan Lochte has won the Gold Medal in the Men’s 400m Individual Medley event, defeating Michael Phelps and the rest of the field. In a shocking result, Phelps (swimming in lane eight) did not win a medal at all, finishing 4th.
