Melissa Block talks to Matt Dixon, vice president of operations for the Division of Environmental Health and Engineering at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, about a recent multimillion-dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide and improve indoor plumbing to villages in Alaska.
