Defeated Democrats Find 'Vindication In Spades' In High Court's Health Care Ruling
A new study says 13 congressional Democrats lost their seats in 2010 chiefly because they voted for the health care law. Today, they says they're pleased with the Supreme Court's move to uphold it. But will that help some of them regain their seats?
