2012 not the end of the world says oldest Mayan calender
Contrary to prior popular belief, the Mayans did not mark December 21, 2012 as the end of the world as their oldest calender has been unearthed. In fact, the planet has quite a bit of time left and nobody living today will have to fear doomsday at all.
