UPDATE: The congestion has now cleared (11am).
There are currently delays on the M4 Westbound between junctions 17 and 18 after a vehicle fire earlier this morning.
The congestion is causing delays of about 15 minutes and traffic conditions are expected to return to normal from about 8.30am.
